Shipping & Handling Charges
Free 5-7 business days shipping in USA by USPS ground for orders over US $250. Free 5-7 business days shipping to all other countries by USPS for orders over US $350. Tracking not available.

3-5 business days express saver shipping charges in USA - Tracking may be available
For Order under US $250 - One item: US $11. Add US $2 for each additional item.
For Order over US $250 - One item: US $9. Add US $2 for each additional item.

Shipping charges in USA for order under US$250 (5-7 business days ground by USPS) - Tracking not available
One Item: US $9. Add US $3 for each additional item.

Express overnight shipping charges in USA - Realtime tracking available
One item: US $25. Add US $6 for each additional item.

2-3 business days shipping charges in USA - Realtime tracking available

Hassle Free 15 Days Return / Exchange / Re-Alteration/ Re-Fitting Policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept return of all our products for exchange or refund. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, we must have a liberal return / exchange policy. So if you are not happy with your purchase, return the merchandize to us for refund/exchange within 15 days of the purchase date*.

1] Return for Exchange: All standard size outfits (Small, Medium, Large, 1x without any alteration request) in special occasion dresses, saris/choli skirts, tunics/tops, men’s wear, accessories & jewelry can be returned within 15 days of the purchase date for exchange (only one time exchange possible) with any other item of same or higher value. You only pay re-shipping charge and price difference with requested exchange item.
Examples:
i) Your order value is $100 + $9 shipping charge = $109. You exchange $100 item with other product at Kaneesha valuing $106. You will pay $6 + re-shipping charges ($9 within USA & $22 outside USA ).

ii) Your order value is $300 + $0 shipping charge (due to free shipping on certain order value). You exchange $300 item(s) with other product(s) at Kaneesha.com valuing $310. You will pay $10 + re-shipping charges ($9 within USA & $22 outside USA ).

2] Return for Refund: All standard size outfits (Small, Medium, Large, 1x without any alteration request) in special occasion dresses, saris/choli skirts, tunics/tops, men’s wear, accessories & jewelry can be returned within 15 days of the purchase date. We will refund the cost of the item less 5% credit card processing/handling fees & shipping charge.
Examples:
i) Your order value is $100 + $9 shipping charge = $109. We will refund $100 – 5% = $95.

ii) Your order value is $300 + $0 shipping charge (due to free shipping on certain order value). We will refund $300 – 5% = $285 less shipping cost paid by us (see shipping charge section for more details).

3] Return for Full Refund: We take pictures of each product before shipping to make sure that the product(s) being shipped are not damaged, exactly as shown at Kaneesha.com and custom altered/stitched as requested. However, due to oversight if we shipped you damaged product or the outfit with completely wrong measurements, we will happily accept the product back for full refund or exchange as per your wish.

In case # 3, please contact us by email or phone within 24 hours for further assistance.

4] For Custom Altered/Stitched Outfits: Please note that we do not accept return of custom altered, customized outfits/saris/dresses/etc. But many a times we have observed that customer(s) enter wrong measurements and need re-alterations for that perfect fit. At Kaneesha.com this is not a problem at all. Our in-house tailors in USA will be happy to re-alter the outfit(s) once at no extra cost to you. You will only pay re-shipping charges. If you fall into this situation don’t worry, simply call or email us within 60 days of the purchase date and we will make sure that the issue is rectified. Your satisfaction is our priority.
