Shipping Policy
Most of the orders will be shipped within 24 hours via FedEx, subject to credit verification & product availability. All the shipping costs are based on the real-time FedEx shipping rate system, and we do not make profit on shipping. We only ship within United States. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands, restricted shipping methods and additional shipping cost may be applied. Tracking numbers will be emailed right after the order is shipped. According to FedEx shipping restriction, we are unable to ship to any APO/FPO or PO Box address via FedEx. For those customers, you need to contact us for special shipping arrangement.
FedEx does not ship at weekends and holidays. The following shipping methods are available to most of our items:

We will pay for the insurance on all orders. If there is any damage/loss during the shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. After that, we will either file the claim on your behalf or exchange another one for you, subject to the availability of the item.
